1. Extra Marks & Preferences
If you are applying for technical roles, take note of this major advantage:
- Special Preference: Candidates who possess a 01-year Certificate Course in Land Surveying from the Survey Training Institute (STI), Islamabad, will be given clear preference during the selection process.
2. Age Limit & Closing Date
- Cut-off Date: Your age and educational qualifications will be calculated as of the closing date, which is 08.06.2026.
- Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be granted strictly according to the prevailing Government of Pakistan policy.
- Late Submissions: Any application received after June 8, 2026, will be rejected automatically without any entertainment.
3. Post Posting & Posting Policy (All-Pakistan Basis)
- Transfer & Posting: All advertised vacancies are open on an All-Pakistan basis. Once selected, candidates must be ready to serve anywhere in Pakistan as directed by the department.
- Zero Tolerance for False Info: If any credential, degree, or information is found incorrect or fake at any stage of recruitment, the application will be summarily rejected.
4. How to Apply Online (Step-by-Step Portals)
Candidates do not need to send physical forms by courier at this stage. You must apply digitally:

- Navigate to the “Quick Links” section.

6. Rules for Government Servants & Quotas
- Government Employees: Candidates already serving in Government departments, semi-government setups, or autonomous bodies (including existing SoP staff) must apply through the proper channel and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
- Quotas: Non-Muslim candidates must provide a verified declaration on oath, and Disabled candidates must submit a valid disability certificate from concerned authorities at the time of the interview.
7. Mandatory Training for BS-15 & BS-07
Selected candidates for the posts of Technical Assistant (Various Trades) (Stores) (BS-15) and Technician (BS-07) will have to undergo mandatory training in Survey Disciplines. Upon successful completion, specific trades will be allotted based on their academic background, training performance, and departmental operational requirements.
